1. What We Do
Contxt.to ("we", "us", "our") is a context-sharing platform. You paste knowledge, we generate a short link. Anyone who opens that link sees a summary and can continue the conversation in ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
2. What We Collect

Third-Party Services
We use the following services that may process data:
- Vercel — hosting. Logs include IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps per their standard logging.
- Turso (libSQL) — database. Stores the content, metadata, and claims you create.
- Google Fonts — font delivery. May log your IP address per their policy.
- OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — AI providers used to generate title and summary from your content. Only the content you paste is sent; no personal data is included.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the service — generate links, display content, send notifications if you claim a link.
- To improve the service — aggregate analytics (which features are used, not who uses them).
- To prevent abuse — rate limiting, spam detection, IP blocking if needed.
- We do not sell your data. We do not use your content for training AI models.
4. Data Retention

You can request deletion of any content at any time. See Section 7.
5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU or California, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data associated with your content or email
- Deletion — request permanent removal of your content and associated data
- Correction — fix inaccurate data (e.g., update your email)
- Portability — receive your content in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to our processing of your data
6. Cookies
We use one cookie: next-auth.session-token — only if you log in via Google or GitHub to claim a link. This is a session cookie; it expires when you log out or after a period of inactivity.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party marketing cookies.

8. Changes
